Philadelphia Inquirer | 06/14/2006 | Creating jobs in a job-hungry city: "Besides providing higher education in its classrooms, Rutgers University is an active partner for economic growth in New Jersey and the region.

In Trenton, one of the most civically weak cities in the state - perhaps - we need to maybe seek to "force" information on the population. Information is Power, but too many people seek to engage in "feel-good" approaches to challenges as opposed to working towards well-thought-out policies and practices that lead to beneficial social, economic, and educational outcomes.
